    As for graphics, they're worse than WoW, maybe not much worse, but they're worse, no doubt. I still like RS though.

    i liked rs, i played for about 1.6 years, but then got bored.
    RS rating= 8.0
    WoW rating= 8.7

    So i voted for WoW.
    But I think Guild Wars: Nightfall/Guild Wars: Eye of the North expansion is the best MMO game yet.
    GW:N/GW:EotN rating= 9.2

    Yes, especially in graphics.

    It still has very poor gameplay and PVP, but seriously now- it has more features than any other MMORPG.

    I chose rs bc i dont think that you should have to pay to play a game off line. but i have to admit wow is a cool game, and it has alot better grapics.

    Don't you mean play a game without downloading?

    As for the playing a game off-line thing, RS is the only one in its league. It's not Runescape's fault that the graphics suck, all Java-applets look like crap.

    One of the problems is RuneScape is so big it's easy to miss some of the best stuff and then you find it to be a boring game. Example: You would be surprised how many people don't know about the Duel Arena, gnome ball or TzHaar Fight Pit.

    Even though I normally vote WoW higher than RS, I keep getting this feeling that RS should win. WoW lacks a sort of attention to what a player wants in an MMO and it has a feeling that it was made for money. RS has that feeling that it was made with love and care, the community may be horrible but the amount of skills you can level is just simply fantastic.

    Wow is definitely better as a game, its got a much huger world, a very interactive world too where you can fly, swim and go inside buildings, its got more quests as well and the world not only looks better but is far more unique (you'll find out if you play it) and it just has far more features that RS doesn't have.

    but i'm going with RS because its cheaper and because i would find it incredibly amusing if RS wins over WoW

    Wait, what? More features?

    Please, elaborate.

    In RS, you can interact with the world much more. You can build canoes, make houses, make fires, chop down trees, mine, fish, etc.

    She's right RS has a wide range of features while so does wow but its all similar and simple and still not as much as RS.
