    Unno but so far customer service from the Rift beta was pretty good. I thought my VIP beta key meant I can join in any TIME but that wasnt the case. CSR explained to me that I can join any EVENT but I'd just have to wait for the next one. Pretty fast and timely response. Thumbs up!

    Ijji has a poor customer service. I send a problem to them about Gonz Online some months ago. And still they didn't response. I sent this message 25 times and got 0 responses. So.. Ijji is really poor in customer service...
