    Im not sure if we will get any normal beta keys or not. The thing with the normal beta keys is that they dont guarantee you access into the closed beta.

    The normal beta keys are just another entry into a bigger random drawing that RIFT chooses each week. In addition IF you are lucky enough to win the RIFT drawing with a normal beta key, it is only good for 1 beta event, whereas the VIP beta keys guarantee you access into ALL beta events.

    that means he was lucky enough to have been picked from their normal beta pool twice, however normal beta keys do not guarantee you access into every Beta event. If you get picked for 1 it does not mean automatic access to any beta events after that one. However as in your brothers case you may be lucky enough to be picked again.
