    The best way to get rid of pain like that (in my experience) is a) a hot bath, b) a hot pack c) lots of Ibuprofen (two at a time) and gentle exercises with the shoulder coupled with lots of rest >.<;

    Do we want to know 'how' you pulled it? Or are we better off not knowing the truth because it might ...well perhaps this smiley would be a better description :skull:
