Will World of Warcraft ever be Free2Play?

    World of Warcraft launched it's new Starter Edition in late June, and made The Burning Crusade expansion pack free! You can play WoW forever using the starter pack, but with a max level of 20, gold cap of 10 and other restrictions that make it not worth playing! However, Blizzard could be experimenting with a Free2Play model, as has been debated recently after the launch of Cataclysm! Personally, I wish World of Warcraft became Free2Play because it's playerbase would go BOOM and rocket high! Maybe when Blizzard's supposed "Titan" MMO comes out, World of Warcraft will go Free2Play!

    Give me your thoughts on this one, i'm eager to know!

    I doubt it. WoW is still going strong so i don't see a reason they should yet. If it does go f2p i'll probably be on to it. :)

    maybe they'll add more to their current F2P list but going fully F2P, dont think so.

    It's possible, but it wont happen until Blizzard effectively has it's "WoW 2" out.
