Since the 1.8 update you won't get health by just simply eating , from now on it will cause you to get less hungry wich makes you restore health.

    My question to you :
Do you like the hunger system ? yes/ no why

I personally don't like it just because i was so used to the old system which was just easy and better to restore a big ammount of health at once.

I like it more, because now you have health regeneration without eating!
And it adds an extra dimension to the game, you can't just not go outside and only mine, you need to find a way to get food. This makes you explore more aspects of the game :)

I agree, I don't think it's perfect but I like the extra dimension it adds to the game.

It all just comes down to how you wanna play. I really am more annoyed by hunger than anything else, but I do enjoy the threat of the zombies and creepers. My main focus is building stuff but I like the occasional scare. Still, the hunger thing distracts me too much from focusing on making stuff.

In the end, tho... no video game ever made me feel like I'd done less with my time than Minecraft. I love it, but it leaves me feeling empty haha.
