    Personally, I don't like the new rotation. I have only Riven, but I have no desire to play with others. But Riot has a critera how they chose rotation. Here it is:

    So basically they set up the rotation for rookies(new players) to LoL. As you can see 6/10 champions have really low difficulty, so new players can adapt quickly. So, old players, either buy all champs or pray that you dont have champs that they put on free rotation. :)
