    Well I think that the most important facts are -
    1. Friendly community
    2. Fast helpful customer support
    3. Good game story line
    4. Cash shop which does add some advantages but shouldn't unbalance the whole game

    For me the most important thing in the game is to kill all all all and that no one is left! Only me. not as in skyrim that I can not kill you all in one city.
