My self improvement plan

    So I'm trying to improve my self by the end of the year.

    Goals:
    Get awesome abs because everyone digs 6 packs.
    Improve my biceps because biceps are awesome.
    Improve my stamina.
    Get marine-strong.

    Learn to ask people to do favors for me more often, because according to Science, ladies like people who they do favors for.... (According to Vsauce)

    you develop on your abs make sure to do the same
    effect on your brains. in short don't be like johnny

    Got gym membership and 10 sessions with a personal trainer. Went to two of them so far. Currently trying to build muscle.

    i'm sure after you finish your sessions lots of
    girls will come and and introduce their selves to you :)
    before starting though try taking pictures of yourself
    every month so you will see the difference.. it's a good
    motivation too :)

    You know, I have a self improvement plan of my own:). Looking at yours made me what to improve myself with activity an all.
