    They're talking about any HE explosion that deals damage, if the explosion dealt no damage, there's no chance to cause a fire

    Actually any damage role can set it on fire, except for the low tier autocannons, they can't cause a fire cause if they could, they would do it non stop xD

    - SerB states that while the hull drawings for IS-3 on the internet are fully adequate, the drawings of the turret armor are quite complicated and that’s why they haven’t been laid out- Yeah they are nerfing IS3.
