    Kha is an assasin who neeed to isolate targets. Hydra is splash damage and if you combine ur isolated target and splash damage that combo makes no sense

    The build : elder lizard , hydra , last whisperer ,mercury or tabi boots, Guardian angel , black cleaver, and when you get enough gold sell lizard and buy tanky item omen/banshee's or trinity

    I usually play Xin jungle and he is good for that. Usual build: Hydra, Bloodthirster, Bersekers Graves, Black Cleaver, Infinity Edge, Frozen Mallet(because of hp). Kha is also good jungler but i don't have him so i don't really know :p
