    I think she has pretty good laning as a support, but you have to know that she is assassin and she falls off late if she isn't ahead (like every assassin), if you can't oneshot someone as an assassin, you are practically useless :)

    before the silence got removed - she was decent, had good burst, nice cc with E, escape, all in all was nice, but i think tanky cc supports outscaled her later in game, not sure.

    now after the silence got removed - i think she is not so good anymore, even on mid lane she struggles now when her opponents can actually react to her attacks. this nerf probably pushed her supporting capabilities further back, so i wouldnt recommend her as a support pick unless you know what you are doing. syndra would probably be a better support than lb.
