That would be nice, but older players who have 200 k Ip would then be a big plus, because probably they have no desire to put it.

Just put your self in their shoes:

YOu have created something, and you have to hire a lot of people to keep that "thing" the best (cuz it ain't that hard to be the best, as it is to maintain that position), and then again, you don't do anything (don't work anywhere), so you have to have smth to eat bro (multiply this with number of employees) and you understand how it goes.

On the other hand, I really appreciate that revolutionary system, where the game is free to play, and if you pay, you don't have any edge over the remaining players, you are just prettier (it ain't like travian for example, which is free, but if you want to be the top player you have to pay for the plus account)... I mean, if someone pays for WoW on monthly bases just to play it, why he wouldn't pay sometimes for the League, to get extra stuff ofc if he has money
