When the Nasus was buffed ... Rene was still hard couter.

Now let me tell you something Temo does beat nasus some times depens, but no chance againts rene he can actualy beat renekton he just has to big of a heal and dosen't rly nead auto atacks to do dmg

 

Ofc that rene will win this teamfight, if you set up 1v1 game, you will see how it goes: renekton uses his early dmg to zone nasus out of the minions, freezes lane and voila, nasus has no stacks, so late game wouldn't matter... But there is no simple answer to this question on The Rift, cuz there is a lot more variables than this, there are junglers, midlers etc...
