    At this point the S4, it's two years newer. That's a long time in the cell phone industry. If one is already hooked into iOS then the iPhone 4s would make some sense and maybe if you could get it much cheaper but honestly it's just old at this point and might not preform as well with the latest iOS.

    That's another thing, jailbreaking isn't what it use to be.. it can add some features but they are starting to charge for the good stuff and now that apps can detect a jailbreak and prevent themselves from running (of course that is something you can pay to block) well jailbreaking starts be less and less attractive especially against Android that is more open out of the box.

    To be fair Android has been getting more and more locked down too though but it's still a heck of a lot more open then even jailbroken Apple device especially when rooted.
