    I wouldnt say that a thing like that actually is known. I mean there is a pc that is in terms of cpu, gpu... Better than others. But it just cant be known like this. I would say that pc with radeon 295X2 awesome machine but in some big companies that render movies or so there are more pcs into super computer or they use, dont know actually...

    But as far as making a strong pc this should be on list.

    That randeon i mentioned above. Some pretty strong power supply to suport it ( more than 700 W). High end intel i7 pc ( overclocked ), 4x8 gb of ram... That would be a computer i would make...
    But there are variations
