    As with all things, it depends on the laptop, and on the desktop. A really cheap one of either might struggle with games, where higher end ones with better components could run most things you'd throw at it.

    It depends on which kind of Laptop it is. If it is Notebook, then No. If it is stronger Laptop it is possible, my friends are playing on Laptops and they have even bigger FPS then me.
    Im playing on Desktop.

    Just to add Laptops are generally weaker due to having less space for hardware, a need for battery life etc. but a Laptop can be a perfectly fine gaming device with good hardware. The real issue with Laptops for gaming is cost not performance. Price for Performance Desktops generally blow Laptops out of the water, you generally get a lot more performance for your money with a Desktop.

    Laptop will never have same power as desktop computer but depends what are games that you want to play.My answer is yes you can do gaming on laptop but noting seriously.
