Riven 40% CDR?

Hi, guys i was little busy for the time so i was asking my self "Why I bought Battle Bunny Riven if i dont even play Riven?".
Then i was looking for some guides and stuff and look at all those different bruiser builds and asked my self "If 40% CDR Lucian worked like a killing machine, how will work 40% CDR on Riven. Jumping over the map, never getting caught, noone can escape you?"
So im asking you guys is this good idea?
I would go this items:
Black Cleaver ( Brutalizer 10% CDR )
Ionian Boots of Lucidity ( 15% CDR )
Spirit Visage (or something else??? ) ( 10% CDR )
4 Stacks of CDR in Masteries ( 5% CDR )
...
What is the item what can be changed by Spirit Visage or is this even good idea?
