    I think it is a great idea, as long as it is an optional setting. Which I would keep off because keeping more electronics than a computer (for the internets!) and a handheld radio (for spying on the world, and in case society decides to fall apart, it never leaves me :( ) on my person is a pain in the butt. Especially because they tend to die within a day. But I think that anything that helps to keep people from complaining about their lost accounts is a great idea.

    And it'd be a nice thing to point to when people do lose their accounts, to be all, "I told you so."
