    That is true but Vel Koz can target more of Ahri in tf. He have op ult ..

    Good Ahri player will always win against Vel'koz on mid.Traki as you said she can easily dodge him :) ,but I think Ahri can't offer too much in teamfights.Vel'koz can,because of his ult and he has 2 CC too :) ,so my point is:Ahri is better 1v1,Vel'koz is better in teamfights.
