    LeBlanc is stronger pre 6 than Akali for sure, and her post 6 is probably as strong, if not just a little bit weaker than Akali's. Although LeBlanc is much harder to play (properly) than Akali. A fed Akali lategame is imo way scarier than a fed LeBlanc.
    So overall, I think Akali is better simply because of how easy it is to play her successfully.
