    vayne suck early game, but so op in late, i you need more mechanics with vayne, ashe is more lane sustain adc, ashe would probably win lane against vayne

    Vayne is not good early game. They must play defensive early game, untill jungler come to gank. Ashe is stronger than Vayne, so they can easy win lane early game. But, Vayne is strongest ADc lategame, you can carry game easy. She can make solo penta, if you are pro with Vayne.. :)

    Pick Vayne and wait for lategame, and don't feed :p

    Vayne definitely because she has bonus true damage on every 3rd attack and can preform a quick burst of damage in late game and take down any tank without any problem.
