    Im looking for realistic games settled in the present or near future which have loads of gore and mature content at all..

    Im sick of the fluffy bright colored mmos. Which games can you recommend?

    Age of Conan Unchained is set in the past but it fits everything else you're looking for... it's not blood everywhere type of gore but it does have decapitations and what not. I'd also suggest The Secret World, it's set in the present or near future.

    The mature MMO I have in mind is Tera. But for RPG's you can play The Witcher 2, Dragon Age: Origins and Kingdoms of Amalur--I think.

    An excellent MMORPG would be Elder Scrolls Online, which is a bit more mature than your average MMORPG. It would be the game I'd recommend.

    Blood borne is made by the same creator as Dark Souls, and it is very dark and even more challenging than Dark Souls. More faster paced and you are not always told where to go; which sometimes lead you into places you learn you shouldn't be until later due to the difficulty.
