NGD Studios, an independent game developer and publisher based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, continues to reveal more about the leading characters of its upcoming cooperative top-down shooter, Bunch of Heroes.

For those of you yet not familiar with The Bunch – shame on you-, they’re the most formidable team of fighters from different parts of the world ever assembled. What brought them together? Well, basically, the Earth is under attack!!! An Alien Invasion is threatening all of humankind, regardless of gender, color or nationality. And these nasty Aliens have a powerful Zombie Army™!
So Earth’s bravest champions gathered to fight against them, and have some fun while they kick some Alien-butt!

The first two heroes of the bunch have already been unveiled: El Camarada, A.K.A. Red Scare and Captain Smith, A.K.A the Duke.
Now is the turn for Agent Liu, A.K.A. the Dragonfly. She’s all beauty and power, a jewel from The Middle Kingdom trained in a wide range of deadly hand-to-hand combat techniques. Shaolin monks taught her the secret arts of elemental energies mastery. She can summon a powerful Dragon Fireball twice as powerful as any from other videogame characters’ in history. She also loves to consult the I-Ching about fashion and stay ahead of the trends.
Enter Jared Joe, better known as The Freight Train. When he was sophomore, his brilliancy in math and Football combined to create a calculating and unstoppable machine. He was part of the US Army Rangers, the Navy Seals, Delta Force, the Green Berets and the Secret Service, settling down to a brilliant career as an Elite Bodyguard at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. But some rapping tapes he recorded back in the old days were uploaded to the internet became a hit and forced him to retire. He still serves his country as a private contractor in conflicts around the world. If you see him summoning The Thunderball special, just run.
