    Guys,i have 20-30FPS in CS:GO,i don't know why,this is my specifications:

    Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU | E5400 @ 2.7GHz
    RAM Memory: 2.50GB | DDR2
    Graphic Card: ATI Radeon HD 5450 | 1GB DDR3
    Windows: Windows 7 Ultimate 32Bit

    Help me please.
