    So in case you don't know what a game jam is, it's a contest where you build a video game from scratch, usually based on sort sort of theme or restriction and ranging between 24-72 hours?

    Personally I haven't participated in Game Jams, but I do enjoy watching people make games (Thomas Brush from AtmosGames, PolyMars, etc.). It's the kind of stuff that seems motivating, but takes quite a bit of planning.
