Do you think DLC or content that offer an advantage is fair for speedrunning?

Sometimes a game will have DLC or other content, and that content will have an extra advantage over regular gameplay. What do you think about the use of extra content in speedrunning?

Personally, I think there should be a category of its own for any kind of content that gives a boost in a speedrun, but speedrun sites for most games don't have include extra content as its own main category. For instance, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild allows players to use amiibos (you get goodies and other advantages; for example, you could use the Twilight Link amiibo to spawn a horse and cut down travel time).

But you don't have main categories like "Any% No Amiibo", just the standard "Any%" category, and for people that achieve best times without the use of extra content, their "#1" is more like a technicality than an achievement to brag about. But at the same time, I don't think it's such a big deal; people generally enjoy speedruns to see the fastest time possible by any means.
