Do you think Nintendo should stop using the word "new" in their products?

So you might be aware, there are a handful of Nintendo products and games containing the word "new":
    • New 3DS (the name of the console)
    • Yoshi's New Island
    • New Super Mario Bros. (original, 2, U, Deluxe, etc.)
    • New Pokémon Snap (the most recent game with the word "new")
It's similar to the late 80s and 90s when Nintendo plastered the word "super" to their products (Super NES, Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Kart, Super Metroid, Super Punch-Out!!, etc.).

It seems to be a growing trend, but do you think the word "new" should be slapped on to more products? I can't imagine what it would be like if Nintendo released a new Switch and called it the "New Switch".
