    On mid? Lulu is quite nerfed but can work on mid, especially against assassins but you'll find yourself playing Fizz on mid more often then Lulu.
    Lulu can go to top, but that's quite nerfed too. Fizz can kinda top but it's bad...
    Lulu is nice support and that's what she does best, Fizz is assassin and works best on mid so...what do you even prefer to play?

    Take lulu, more than 75% of the league player base has absolutely no idea what she is capable of! She has been ''slightly'' nerfed but is still a highly baned-type champion! :)

    You can't compare them. One is an assassin, the other a mage. However, I think Lulu is more usefull for the team.

    Take fizz you won't regret it!!! And he can counter lulu pretty easy. She uses q, he jumps and deals damage to her. Then she's got only 1 damage ability and 1 that makes you polymorphed, while fizz has got 1 ability which increases his power and 1 that deals damage, and still fizz has got higher basic attack. When we talk about ulties, they both have got good ones, and I must admit that lulu one is more usefull, but if you w+q on lulu and she uses ulti she gets only half hp becouse fizz's w works kinda like ignite. :) All in all fizz is better.
