Welcome to GameOgre.com's Game Wars Forum Event. This event will be about playing various games and giving strategies and game tips. Items for points will be continually added throughout the event.

Duration:

April 12th - June 15th

Rewards:

Top 5 Members Will Win Prizes.

1st Place: $20 Ultimate Gift Card and a Gold Medal
2nd Place: $10 Ultimate Gift Card
3rd Place: 3500 Forum Points
4th Place: 2500 Forum Points
5th Place: 1500 Forum Points

Rules:

1. Post here to join this event.
2. You have to post in the thread whatever you did to earn points.
3. Anybody who makes over 1000 points and places in the top 5 will double their prize.
4. Extra comments will be removed from this event. If needed, you can start a discussion thread about this event separately.

Point System:

Ogre Wars

Joining Ogre Wars or already playing = 50 Points

Becoming Ogre Warlord = 100 Points

Having a village in Ogre Wars with over 100,000 troops (Must be reported each day) = 10 Points per day.

Triple Triad

Beating the Ogre King in Triple Triad = 75 Points

Beating Crush in Triple Triad = 25 Points

Four Triple Triad Replays = 15 Points

Winning a 4 person or higher Triple Triad Tournament = 100 points

Ogre RPG and Ogre Maze

Screenshot of one Ogre RPG Monster (you can take a screenshot for each level it makes)- 25 Points

Screenshot of you beating Ogre Maze (only once) = 35 Points

Arcade

Getting a new high score in the arcade (only once per game) = 25 Points

Winning an Arcade Tournament with 4 people = 12 points

Winning an Arcade Tournament with 8 people = 20 points

Winning a non-Arcade Ladder or Tournament at Ladders - Ladders with 4 people = 25 Points

Winning a non-Arcade Ladder or Tournament at Ladders - Ladders with 8 people = 50 Points

Forum

15 Forum Game Posts (four times per day max and different forum games) = 15 Points

15 on topic Posts (can be over two days) in any of the http://www.gameogre.com/forums/online-games/ and http://www.gameogre.com/forums/game-forums/ forums = 20 Points

Making a Tip Thread for one game that contains at least one tip = 20 Points

Strategy Guide for any game = 40 Points

Requesting an online game in the MMO Request Forum (try to be original) = 10 Points

Answering 4 MMO Requests in the MMORPG Request forum = 40 Points

Joining ♥ Weekly Events ♥ = 40 Points (only once).

Voting on http://www.gameogre.com/forums/best-worst-games/17527-best-game-month-june.html = 20 Points (only once)

Reviews

One review over 50 Words = 20 Points

Reviewing 5 games in one day = 50 Points

Winning Review of the Week = 100 points

A Video Review (must be a review with text or voice) = 20 Points (only 4 per week)

Adding one new MMORPG or Browser Game to the Directory = 10 Points (quality games only, no flash games)

Blog

Leaving an on-topic comment on the MMORPG Blog = 5 points (3 per day max)

Commenting at Top Ten Free MMORPG List = 20 Points

Vote and comment on the current Online Shooter Showdown battle at = 30 Points

This event is now underway. Both of you can start with 50 points since you are playing Ogre Wars already.

Previous reviews or Review of the Weeks do not count.

Replays including victories over Crush and the Ogre King need to be linked in this thread. They also need to on or after April 12th.

Points added for what is eligible so far.

 

Yes, link all the Triple Triad matches whether they are beat Crush Ogre King or replays of other matches.

We may need limits on some items very soon such as beating Crush and a couple of others.

With the exception of Ogre Wars and screenshots, items before today including arcade high scores should not count. This has been addressed in previous events. Simply make new ones for this event.
