    We are looking for ways to improve GameOgre.com and would like some input from visitors since we will be making some major changes in the coming weeks and months. Adding this forum was a big step but we are looking for other ways to improve GameOgre as well. Any practical suggestions would be appreciated.

    Maybe put a search thing on the main page like in the review directory were you can type in the name of a game then it would try to find it on the site it would make it easyer to find games on the site.

    Make a site log in like on the main page were if you log in there you'll be log into the forums and review directory

    Then maybe make a login think on the main page that would show something like this:

    welcome...
    messages: unread... total...

    Great suggestions :). We will defintely look into doing those. Registering and Logging into both the Forum and Review Directory at the same time is currently being worked on, but not for the main page yet. That is something that should absolutely be considered for the future though.

    Keep the suggestions coming :).

    The chatroom is possible for later on as the forum continues to grow.

    The daily poll question or something like it could probably be done easily now if it is done on the forums.

    Hi there,

    The content of Game ogre is really amazing. I have found a buzzing community, reliable information and I have spent a few hours these last days, reading about and searching games.

    I would say the website needs a little facelift in its design and layout, as it looks a bit "old". This is what made me skip this website a few times in the past actually, but while I was searching something very specific in it recently, I really started to like it and registered. (this is my first post by the way).

    Continue the good work anyway.

    Thanks for the post oropher and glad you like GameOgre:). We agree 100% on the layout and design needing to be updated. In fact, that is one of our top priorities right now.

    We are also working on the layout of pages. What do you think about the pics added to this page?

    Do you think it helps the page to have pics along with the text or does it make the page look too busy?

    NP, trying to get an exact size in mind so they will look good, but not throw the pages off too much. At some point, want to have pictures on all the lists.
