    extending the deadline for the first round until tomorrow 00:00, who doesnt play or report in will get dq-ed and if too many players get dq-ed rewards will be lowered

    Ok, my two cents on this:

    You are doing fine for your first one:). The only thing I would havent done is 16 players right off.

    Anybody can say they will participate, but not all do. We have had to deal with that for years so nothing new there lol. The important thing is to focus on the ones that do:)That is why 16 is going to be harder. Maybe run a ready check to see which of the players can play their matches? If one is willing to play and the other does not respond, advance the willing one.

    Also, thinking about rewarding those not only compete in this one but the other tournaments as well.

    PS: me and natdanai couldnt find the right time to play the first round these few days we will try to play the game today, coz anyway which one of us wins goes to the semi-finals right away :) and guys try to play the second round today or at least tomorrow so that we have time to finish the tournament while its the same free champ rotation.
