    I'd say a good PC, because you can do way more stuff on the PC than on the PS4. That's my opinion. Also, PC will be way more eligible for gaming, 'cuz PS4 will be outdated in like a year or so(?), and you'll have to buy PS5 or whatever. PC never outdates. :)
    Decide good before considering to get any. ;)

    Depends on that what games you want to play, if you dont play League of Legends, Call of Duty and something like that PS4 is better, in my opinion buy PC

    Considering the release dates between PS3 and PS4 was about 7-8 years, I doubt that it will be outdated in just a year.

    Ps4 only target you singal stuff, but PC can be able to do all stuff which you like to do on that. For better playing afford better graphical PC and with higher core processor.
