Guild and Running a Guild Rules

    Ok, we just added this forum and we are trying to get these organized going forward. Here are a few rules and guidelines to keep in mind as we do this.

    1. A game should be chosen that at least a few active community members play:).
    2. Guilds are meant to be fun and should be used to play more together in groups.
    3. Guild leaders can be and probably will be replaced at some point. When that happens, the guild should be set up to carry on minus that person.
    4. If a leader does something to get themselves clubbed or just vanishes, there will need to be a replacement ASAP with no drama or questions etc. If I had to pinpoint a single reason for guilds not going further in the past, this would be it. However, this can be overcome with the right system in place:).
    5. Guilds can sponsor mini OGTs during the week:).
    6. If more than one person wants to run a particular guild, try to run it together first. If that does not work, then try a vote.
