    Does someone know how to "activate" steam ,I can't add friends on new account,because I don't have any bought game... so is there a some way?

    If you spend $5 on the steam store you will be able to send friend requests, until then you can only accept requests sent to you.

    you need to open a wallet or buy a game on steam,and u can add friends,or u can add them via browser google chrome/mozila/Opera etc. :) or they can add u via browser.
