I need at least 6 hours of sleep per day with a daily coffee , you?
I usually sleep about 5 to 7 hours a day but it can go up to 10-12 hours (during weekends) and down to even 2-3 hours (also during weekends) if i just can't manage my sleeping schedule.
About 7 - 12 hours depending on the day.
Maybe between 6-8hours. It also sometimes awakens at midnight.
Because I will feel dizzy if too long to sleep.
I need 8 hours of sleep to feel fine, but sometimes i don't sleep for more than a day but i regret it when i get headache.
Depends on the time of the year. I sleep longer during the summer, but shorter on school days and during the winter. I would say I sleep for about 12 hours during the summer and 7-9 hours on other days.
Same with me sometimes but ye i just dont need that much sleep lul im real energetic i guess xd
Sometimes when it really feels sleepy and we sleep for a while, it's enough.
Recently it's changed to about 9 - 14 hours.
Minimum 7-8 hours if I don't want to wake up tired or sleep in by accident.
Since im working my i always have 6hrs of sleep sometimes 7 or 8 hours.
It's hard to imagine waking up after 6 hours of sleep. If I have to wake up after 6 hours of sleep, I tend to become sleepy early in the nighttime, and then usually sleep for a long time.
Since I do nightshifts I've been used to that sleep hours, besides you only need 6hours of sleep for your body to maintain your immune function, metabolism, memory, and other vital functions integrity, but i do admit that sleeping 6hrs still makes me sleepy and wants me to go back to my bed.
