I need at least 6 hours of sleep per day with a daily coffee , you?
I usually sleep about 5 to 7 hours a day but it can go up to 10-12 hours (during weekends) and down to even 2-3 hours (also during weekends) if i just can't manage my sleeping schedule.
About 7 - 12 hours depending on the day.
Maybe between 6-8hours. It also sometimes awakens at midnight.
Because I will feel dizzy if too long to sleep.
I need 8 hours of sleep to feel fine, but sometimes i don't sleep for more than a day but i regret it when i get headache.
Depends on the time of the year. I sleep longer during the summer, but shorter on school days and during the winter. I would say I sleep for about 12 hours during the summer and 7-9 hours on other days.
Same with me sometimes but ye i just dont need that much sleep lul im real energetic i guess xd
Sometimes when it really feels sleepy and we sleep for a while, it's enough.
Recently it's changed to about 9 - 14 hours.
Minimum 7-8 hours if I don't want to wake up tired or sleep in by accident.
Since im working my i always have 6hrs of sleep sometimes 7 or 8 hours.
It's hard to imagine waking up after 6 hours of sleep. If I have to wake up after 6 hours of sleep, I tend to become sleepy early in the nighttime, and then usually sleep for a long time.
Since I do nightshifts I've been used to that sleep hours, besides you only need 6hours of sleep for your body to maintain your immune function, metabolism, memory, and other vital functions integrity, but i do admit that sleeping 6hrs still makes me sleepy and wants me to go back to my bed.
That is true, except it does depend on demographics. Younger people tend to sleep more and older people tend to sleep less, at least that's how it seems. 6 hours of sleep is enough to maintain homeostasis, at least for the average adult. Now I wouldn't want to develop a routine where I have to wake up after sleeping every 6 hours, and I definitely don't want to have my alarm clock going off while I'm in a deep sleep.
7-8 hours a day would be my average. 6 hours doesnt feel rested at all. More than 10 hours of sleep gives a headache.
I've never had headaches for sleeping for more than 10 hours, though it does feel like I've waste so much time that I could have spent when I sleep for more than 10 hours. Sometimes I spend too much time watching videos late at night that I don't get proper sleep, and then I repeat the cycle. Sort of a bad habit for me sometimes.
10hrs is considered oversleeping due to circadian rhythm that leads to headache. 6-9hrs is the normal sleep hours for young adults. I suggest you maintain 8 glasses of water every day since headache is somehow related to hydration coz of circulation and avoid overlsleeping. When you wake up try to do some regular exercise for good ciculation. Remember "Too much is always bad"
Probably explains why I don't get headaches since I do drink plenty of water daily. Exercise can be a beneficial thing, especially during the cold months. A morning jog can feel refreshing in the morning, especially when your sweat cools down from the cool temperature.
10 hours-ish these days. I can't really do less. Kinda a drag, makes days shorter.
i sleep 6 hours every night and then when i wake up i snooze for 10 minutes
