    I just got/bought a new printer :)

    its Canon PIXMA MP230 Ink Jet multi.

    payd 50 euros for printer usb cable and 500 pieces of papers.

    If it was on the side of the road, probably not, but it's certainly possible it's not actually broken like say it was out of ink or a software issue was making it not work. To answer your question, more than likely you should be able to find a manual and software for it online, it kinda depends on the brand though.

    Some brands discontinue printers alot, like HP, so i may be hard to find a manual and software from the brand website.

    I got a new printer, and after 3 hours of installing it printed all the paper and started smoking and it crashed. :(
