    Well try youtuber called LowSpecGamer I'm sure that he will help you and in every game push settings down to minimum but you can't really expect too much that PC he served his age bro.I had almost the same PC ones try saving up some money or just get good at school or something else and I'm sure your parents will reward you it was the same thing with me :)

    About 70-80 FPS max. sometimes it drops on 10FPS I don't know why.
