    I'm assuming you mean iOS vs. Android, but I would honestly say iOS is better for iOS exclusive games and apps, which there aren't too many of, but for Android exclusive games and apps, it's easy to find an Android emulator like Bluestacks, so you don't have to have both an iOS device and an Android device, and as far as I know, there aren't any iOS emulators. I wouldn't be too worried about which one is better though, because most app developers release their app(s) on both Android and iOS.

    I'm IOS user but i think Android is better due to the fact that they can do jailbreak easier than IOS.

    Well you certainly do have a bit more freedom when it comes to Android. When it comes to making apps, it's easy to test out an APK file; while, iOS is a little trickier since you might need TestFlight or some other service to test an app out. It's even easier to get video streaming on Android than it is on iOS. Android does have quite some advantages, but it's too bad I don't own an Android device.
