This could help too. So you don't need to open your laptop and replace the original cooler.

I have a solid laptop thankfully preserved, works great and I am satisfied with it and use it extensively, and if I have two computers.

Can u plz explain me how will reinstalling windows help him with this problem ???

Now: If cooler dont help u, or ur not satisfied with it, try to replace thermal paste on laptop's processor (but only if u know to do that, if not, go into PC service so they do that for you), that will help u for sure
