    We may have tried this a little before, but nothing really official. One of the problems the game has is sitting at the top of the cap with nothing to do. Well, that changes now:). We are going to use at least three different levels above the cap. The first level beyond the regular cap will be accessed by ten battlepoints. A successful attack within 25,000 troops of the regular cap will yield two battle points. A successful defense in that same range will yield one battle point.

    The Layered Level Ranges

    550,000

    750,000

    1,000,000

    Battle Points Needed to Reach each Range

    400,000 to 550,000 = 10 Battle Points

    551,000 to 750,000 = 25 Battle Points

    751,000 to 1,000,000 = 50 Battle Points

    Attacks do have to be within 25k of the cap currently applicable for you to count for battle points. As soon as you got 10 your cap would have become 550k so attacks at 400k wouldn't have counted for more battle points than that.
