    This actually brings up a good point and will result in an ongoing rule:

    Withdrawals will no longer be allowed in any tournaments. You can be removed if that is what is needed, but that depends on what is going on.

    This time, this is the exact opposite of what is needed is here. We were just talking about adding dummies or byes last night to get to 16. For those who can't participate, don't and somebody who does will benefit from it:). Otherwise, these withdrawals at the last minute will basically kill the whole tournament or at least delay it even further. Does anybody want that?

    Why thanks anyways:)? If we start Friday, Sunday night should be in plenty of time:).

    Was talking more in general than just you when said to talk to who you play if it is close timewise. The main time is three days but that can be extended if there is a great chance you will play close to that:).

    It varies. Would like to streamline it and add better prizes. However, we need at least 16 players who can play their games fast and NOT have a controversial final before we could start offering more:).

    Please stay on the topic of this tournament. That is all this thread is for.

    OK, I thought about it and may have a solution. Not going to offer RP as a prize for a sub-par tournament where the main final battle is an argument and the loser gets mad and quits the whole site. That is not why we are doing these. Unfortunately, most of the tournaments have ended that way. Honestly, garbage like that isn't even worth forum points lol. There should be a clear winner for every tournament:).

    That said, been thinking of a solution:). We could offer RP to the winner IF the tournament does well and there is a clear winner with no controversy at all. That might entice more signups without being burdened by more muddying of the water:).

    Rewards (Controversial winner and/or slow tournament)

    1st Place - 10k Points and a Medal

    Conditional Rewards (Fast moving tournament with a good final match recorded via video)

    1st Place - $10 RP
    2nd Place - 5000 Forum Points
