    Age of Empires series, Rome: Total War, Stronghold series but Age of Empires is the most alike to Age of Mythology, and I believe it's got multiplayer. Though if you look for singleplayer play Stronghold. If you're looking for a different medieval game try out Mount and Blade: Viking Conquest (you can also fight on ships on this one). I know some more, but these are currently the best.

    I think these pretty much cover the good ones. As an alternative but not exactly like Age of Mythology (these are turn based) I'll suggest Europa Universalis 4 and Civilization 5.
