How much would you like to pay a monthly fee if you had to?
I'd rather not pay a monthly fee at all!
So that would be 1-3
Well of course, that is logical, but how much do you think that would be fair to pay monthly to support the game you like and want to play?
Possibly five, if I were to find a way to keep my parents from knowing xd
1 to 3 would be the easiest.
well if people HAD to they ofc are going to put 1-3 as a majority I would have to say
I think anywhere between 1-8 dollars is "fair".
I voted for the 3rd option still since I usually see most small p2p games near that area.
The most I want to pay per month is $5.
1 to 3 would be ok.
i doubt anybody would pay more than $3 if they didn't have to.
As a fan of monthly fee games, here is my two cents.
Firstly, I voted for $5-7 and almost $7-10.
It's easy to say "of course I don't want to spend money to play a game." However, a lot of people might not take into consideration the benefits of paying to play a game. such as:
1. They help keep out bots, junk accounts, spam, etc.
2. They help pay for the cost of maintaining and upgrading a game and keeping it fresh.
3. They help keep advertising to a minimum.
4. They also help keep out people who who just sign in to a game to ruin other peoples experience. (to a degree at least)
I am not saying that every game that charges a monthly fee deserves too. (i.e. some may charge money and never update the game, etc.) That is up to the players to choose to keep playing or not. I will also say, that some free games I have played do a very good job of all the above without the monthly fee.
I guess "fair" is a very relative and complex subject. It depends on the type of game, how much cost is needed to pay for upkeep/development and of course, with any business, they have to make some money. Let's hope the CEO's of the big gaming companies aren't wiping their....umm...Ascots...with our hard earned money. I am glad to see a lot of companies finding innovative ways to help keep player costs down or optional though, I will say. Although, I'm REALLY not a fan of item malls being used how they are currently.
I'd say 10-15.. If i really like the game then logically i would want to put my support into it
I would say 1-3 because I would want it as low as possible
But otherwise I would say 7-10..
I only pay monthly for good games
Same i voted for 15$
not too much is good enough
3 to 5 is not bad.
Would probably depend on the game, but 3-5 dollars is a decent price.
I'd rather not pay any monthly fees at all so 1 to 3$ is my best choice. Aside from that, who would want to spend monthly fees on game. I'd rather pay one time like purchase the game than spend dollars on a monthly basis.
I think 3-5 dollars is more then fair.
