    What will you reccomend me to upgrade on my PC so I can have better performance? I mean my processor is low, RAM eh and what about other stuff? Discuss.

    Dual core is already out of date by at least two generations. Honestly I don't think a computer with that kind of processor would be worth upgrading.

    This one is not built for gaming at all. Intel Celeron is built for cheap lower power basic computing aka office work. Even an older Dual Core (although you really should go quad core at the lowest at this point) with a good dedicated graphics card would still be a good sized upgrade. Something like that shouldn't be that expensive any more.

    I don't think Celerons can be upgraded anyways. I've read they are built into the board.

    Altought, this PC was a cheap, but good and LoL supporting PC which was litterally 10 times better then my old one. Can you imagine that one xD.

    I real potato huh? I feel your pain though, my computer is pretty crap as well but thankfully it's still decent enough to run most things... although it's running out of new release games these days. :/

    You may be able to buy a decent new computer. Listen to what Aaddron said to get as for specs. If you then buy something that is a few steps below whatever the "best" thing is right now you can get something really good for a good price.
