To help navigate deals, I have made this thread to show the actual format o posting deals. Please follow the format to post deals in future. Deals which doesn't follow the format will be deleted.
    FORMAT

TITLE: [Platform name] (How much discount/sale) (name of the game which is under discount/sale)
    Example -
    [PC]33% off in Mass Effect 2, [PS3]45% off in Assassin's Creed 2.

    BODY:
    1. [Link to the deal (direct link)]
    2. [An image of the deal (attached or in between 'IMG' tag)]
    3. [(Optional) A short description of the game. You can use wiki but don't forget to credit wiki if you take the description from them.]

    Example -
66% off in Saints Row: The Third
    [IMG]

Saints Row: The Third, also known as Saints Row 3, SRTT or SR3, is an action-adventure open world video game developed by Volition, Inc. and published by THQ. It was released on November 15, 2011 in Australia and North America, and was released on November 18, 2011 in Europe for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It is the third title in the Saints Row series, after the release of Saints Row 2 in 2008. As in Saints Row 2, the player controls the leader of the Third Street Saints. The game world is the fictional city of Steelport, and the story focuses on the urban gang war between the Saints and the three gangs, the Morningstar, Deckers and Luchadores. -Taken from wikipedia

TAGS: Add the name of the game, the site that offered the deal, the platform of the game.

    Example -

You can lead a horse to water but you can't force him to drink, I'm all for more guidelines on format for deals however one way restrictions are another story. This is too restrictive in my opinion.

My biggest issue with these restrictions is we are eliminating this:

    For this:

I don't know about you but I'd rather have the first post, pictures are nice but details are more useful. I don't have a real problem with the link and picture threads but restricting everyone to it is not a good idea in my opinion.

Tags, tags are only useful if they are used as a system, requiring these tags wont do much of anything.

I have to agree with Aaddron, not a huge fan of this. It doesn't really help navigate much, and Aaddron proves a nice point with his comparison post. People are taking the time to be as helpful as they want to be, and forcing people to use a template is kinda bleh. Some guidelines for suggested information would be nice, but I wouldn't try to require it.

Also, as far as I can tell this was made up with no input by anyone but yourself. Maybe a thread for discussion about this is in order?
