    They're neat, but not too different from splash potions. I think they can be useful in Minecraft PvP maps since the effect stays in an area for a while, unlike splash potions.

    It's good to have variety when it comes to potions types, but requirements to make them are somewhat high (you need to fill glass bottles with Ender Dragon's breath to make them). I guess it gives another reason to fight Ender Dragon, but i can see this type of potion used more in PVP scenarios to ground control your opponents considering that there isn't a lot of ground control options to begin with.
