OgreNomic - If you sign yourself up after signups are full, you better be active.

Nomic. It is a game with...very simple rules. But those rules can change. All the flipping time. If you are interested, you can sign up here. We shall start with 6 players, and have a lot of fun. Please try not to make the rules allow a hundred players? The book-keeping can be painful. If it gets too hard, we may switch to a blog version or something.

Also, I dare you to change rule 101 to mutable and then anihilate it.

They don't really have anything specific for starting, so I'll add a immutable rule to the inital set:

199. The game will begin with 6 players. New players may not join after the game starts.

Don't forget, immutable rules can be transformed to mutable rules, at which point they can be edited.

 

It counts as a rule change.

Just scroll down to the initial rules. I've already explained it:
Players take turns preposing new rules that are voted on. That is all. There is no win condition...at the beginning.
