So I sent a ticket to change the registered email address of my Perfect World account... I clearly stated that my email account was being terminated (it's an old one) and that I needed to change my email address... two days later I get a copy and paste response from the Q&A section that states: "Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting any email changes unless it's due to email service termination, which must be verifiable. We apologize for the inconvenience and if you have any other issues please feel free to contact us anytime." Which is all fine and dandy except for what I've put in bold above... so per their own rules I'm in the right yet not only did they give me a copy and paste answer they didn't even bother reading my request as I clearly stated that my email account is being terminated, which should allow me to change my email address. I made my response as short and simple as possible so hopefully they actually read this one... Anyone here gone through Perfect World's support before? Does it get any better?
