What price range does a game need to be in before you normally buy it?

I voted no price range. It really depends.

This year I paid $60 each for MW3, Skyrim, and Battlefield on their release days. But these were 3 big games I had waited a while for and I wouldn't normally do this.

On Steam, I tend to stay under $25.. but that's kind of because they don't have many games on there that I want for over that price.

If it's an older game then I will often wait it out for the best price possible, sometimes a while, until it drops to like under $10.

I'm usually in the $10-30 range... usually better bang for the buck and while your playing them the current new releases will be dropping in price, but if it's a game I really want I'll spend the $60.

Under $20 is the best if you can wait until a game drops into that range.
